I love cookies, but it's really not a good idea to have them every day. These cookies give you the chocolate and sweetness without the added sugar! As a bonus, you get tons of fiber and a healthy dose of omega-3's! Did I mention that cinnamon is anti-inflammatory?
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon the mixture onto a baking pan. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are crisp.
Scoop the cookies off the pan, and enjoy!
