For the "bread":

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Microwave the cauliflower for about eight minutes, until they're soft. Squeeze cauliflower in a towel until you get all the water out. Put the dry cauliflower in a bowl, and add the egg and cheese. Mix together and squish the mixture into squares. Bake at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.

For the insides:

  • 2 cheese slices
  • 4 slices sugar-free ham
  • 1/2 cup kale

On the stove top, cook the sandwich with cheese and ham on each side, until golden brown. Take off stove and add kale.
