It's so important to know what you want to achieve before you start something new. Whether you're here to lose weight or manage a chronic ailment, we're here to help you sort through the brain clutter to make Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time Sensitive goals. You coach will work with you to develop a plan based on your goals and lifestyle. That's right - I said with you. This means that we're not telling a busy mom that she needs to do a heavy HIIT workout at 5am every day and eat only kale salads for twelve weeks. We're going to figure out how to create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that works for the long term. Fad diets aren't our thing.

Endurance is in our name! Our tools (meal plans, grocery lists, workouts, community, fantastic coaches) are here to help you reach your goals. Fall off the wagon? Need to reevaluate your plan? You have consistent support from your coach to keep you on track, so pick our brains and use our expertise! 

There's nothing we love more than to see our clients meet and exceed their goals! It's bittersweet, but our goal is for you to be able to keep up this newfound wellness without us. We're working with you, not telling you what to do, so you learn so much along the way!
