Unfortunately, pizza is the example I use of foods that have a terrible combination of fats and carbs. Pizza is the iconic no-no in a healthy lifestyle, so I don't have it that often.
How do I make my pizza-less life more marinara-happy?
Zucchini Pizza Bites!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spread zucchini slices out on a baking sheet. Dollop some pizza sauce on top. Add some cheese, and top it with your pepperoni! Bake for about 10 minutes, until your cheese is melty and zucchini is soft. Enjoy!
